Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Gerard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Cook, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is typically in his Fletcher uniform. His hair is golden and curly. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his kukri with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and many drow want him driven away

History: Conrad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
