Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He has blue eyes and a black hat with a grey feather.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gerald's homeland. Gerald decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is greedy

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a fancy black suit. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 98. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Anselm does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he has money and likes to spend it
