Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a black shirt, with a grey mid length shorts with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
