History: Chad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Shepherd, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
