His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Lewis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Adam has worked very hard to control his curse. Being a Dyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Conrad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
