Description: This man wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his sai, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 48. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kyle was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
