History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Simon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Simon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He struck the Bellfounder job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
