History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: Shane lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Shane was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bowyer responsibilities is difficult; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and wants to raise his children well
