History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

His tied-back hair is silver. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: To be a Shoemaker again.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Heward took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: To be a Weaver again; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His golden hair is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 39. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Roland was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roland was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
