History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. History: Gifted from a young age, Hubert studied abroad. His first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
