He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Peter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
