Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Gerard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gerard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: He comes from a rich western family. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
