History: Charles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Adelard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Gifted from a young age, Randal studied abroad. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Theobald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Theobald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
