Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Charles isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. After coming to the age of reason, Charles took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
