History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Through the years after Raymond was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Raymond's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
