Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Peter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Map Maker job and began his own company from there.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
