History: Born in the north to a Jeweler, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Jocelyn was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barrister. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
