Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with red slacks. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
