History: Gerard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Butcher soon after.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. He wears his auburn hair down. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. A true patriot, Ernest would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Ernest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ernest took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants revenge against illithids

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Cook soon after.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Raymond will drive conversation. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Raymond was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and pastel handkerchief worn on his right side. He has a very tight haircut. His green eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker grey hat.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Manfred was taken on many hunting expeditions. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Manfred was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is greedy
