History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Born to a Spy, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Now he works as a singing tutor during his time off.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bookbinder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. After a long history of fighting, Reynard and his spouse have recently divorced.
