History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and regain custody of his son
