History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Laborer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Kyle is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Dean's homeland. Dean decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content
