He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting giants, the young Raymond began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
