Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Lance never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
