Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Alexandre's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
