Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a simple tan robe with white stripes complete with hood. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is red and very short. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Junk Dealer.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to be a locksmith again

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His golden hair is knotted and matted. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ralf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
