Gerard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Reynard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
