Personality: Adelard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and money/treasure

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Glassblower. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Glassblower for hire.

Motivation: Human compassion.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in a small plains village. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and to get a good night's sleep

He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Farmer mother left him crippled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
