Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears red painted combat armor at almost all times. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Guy lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his pastel robe. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the right. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Wymar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He became a Weaver soon after.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: A 5'8" eastern man, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed grey hat.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. He is baby faced.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and money/treasure

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
