Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Raymond was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carter. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
