Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has blue eyes and a brown hat with a green feather.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Miles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: An older man who prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Animal Trainer for hire.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A middle-aged man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and is pretty ugly. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to be a hunter again

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a club, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are violet.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Anthony is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Anthony was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Herbalist. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He has a missing left arm. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he's looking for his big break
