Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Gerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.
