History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect his home

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is brown and very short. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. He has wavy brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Guy hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Guy alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
