Description: He is a mite stocky and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Clerebold was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Scribe and was forced into it by his family; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Aldous is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears baggy grey pantaloons and a pastel scarf. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Merchant profession.

History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This man wears a brown shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and white pants, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Anselm lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to reunite with his absent father
