Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now owns his own business.

While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
