Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Percival studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Percival took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
