History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in a small island village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This man wears a violet shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is blonde and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Theodoric was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Theodoric's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Theobald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
