History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Tim was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cartwright. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Personality: He is fixated on the number 86. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor
