History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Richard was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bather. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
