History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His first spouse was a Marshal, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Fisher, but he was a colossal failure. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
