History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Beggar. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
