Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he sports pastel clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair is short and black. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Arnold never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
