Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Jocelyn was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Charles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
