History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. John was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spice Merchant. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born in the west to a Slave Trader, Adelard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
