History: Theobald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
