History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Gilbert was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. A true patriot, Alex would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bounty Hunter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
