History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Patrick was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
