Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He worked as a nervous Farmer and found it very stressful. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
