History: He was born in a small desert village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Percival liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
