Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Tim's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Tim was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cory studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and revenge

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a warhammer on his belt. His brown hair is braided into rings. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugh embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Hugh was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his youth he was a Sellsword, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.
